How to protet yourself from
The "art" of picking pockets is among one of the world's oldest professions. Author Charles Dickens' Artful Dodger is probably among the best known pickpockets. However, all are not juveniles - and all are not males!

The skilled pickpocket is not the seedy character you'd expect to find lurking in a dark doorway. He (or she) appears about as average as you and I in appearance and manner. Because they make a study of how to "blend" into the crowd, pickpockets usually remain undetected and can practice their activities with little hindrance.

Pickpockets follow no regular schedule. They operate equally well during daylight hours as well as at night. And if you have been led to believe that picking pockets takes place only in crowds, forget it! The only known fact is that they generally focus on the public during times when they might be carrying more money than usual, such as during pre-holiday spending sprees, store sales, at fairs, carnivals, horse races, gambling casinos, near bank entrances, etc.

Ethnic groups in Nepal
Thudam

There is a village called Thudam in Chepuwa VDC of the northern part of Samkhuwasabha district. The Thudams are an indigenous people of this village. They have been dwelling here for centuries. According to the mythology of Thudams there was no other tribe inhabiting this place when they first came down here from Tibet several hundred years ago. These minority Thudambas identify themselves as Bhote. According to a recently conducted survey there are only 19 households at present with a population of 106 only. The 132 people of 29 households and the 21 people of three households have migrated from Thudam to Guphapokhari of Samkhuwsabha and to Deurali area which borders Terahthum (Subba, BS2058). About Fashion Boutiques in Nepal
Current Situation

The situation is at the worst level and the excuses are (a) lack of awareness. (b) people consider `Fashion' as designing western clothes (c) lack of media exposure and marketing resources and (d) Newcomers in the field without sheer determination.

An average Nepali won't goto Fashion boutiques because he/she believes that boutiques are expensive and that it is for one with a car. Cheap tailoring centers attracting thousands of customers are happy enough. Boutiques could start by educating the general public that you can provide rates for the quality given by the tailoring centers. Boutiques are solely to be blamed for doing nothing.

All boutiques in Kathmandu and also in other regions in Nepal, need to create a program to educate the general public that fashion itself is a science and Nepalese fashion designers spending most of their time designing Nepali fashionwears should be given a priority. Human Resource: Read more >>>

The Caste System in Nepal
The Caste System in Nepal seems to be fading very rapidly, especially with the increase of tourism, contact with other countries and the influence foreigners have on local communities. By law, the caste system does not exist in Nepal, but changing a law is easier than changing an entire country's perspective. Some people still abide by the system, some only adhere to it in certain aspects, and in some cases it does not affect locals at all. The caste system in Nepal is only in operation socially and even though the law states that there is to be no discrimination, it does still flow strongly through the veins of some communities. Pokhara (paradise in earth)
Few places in the world might have a splendid variety of natural beauty crammed into one small area like valley of Pokhara, the headquarters of Western Development Region. It is a rare combination of the long arrays of snow clad peaks, crystal clear lakes, turbulent rivers with deep gorges and picturesque villages inhabited by simple and frindly ethnic people. Situated at the lap of the panoramic Annapurna Himal, the climate of Pokhara remains favorable all the year round it is neither too warm nor too cold. The monsoon rains are strongest during June to August, Read more >>>
Business is never personal
You've probably heard it said, "business is never personal" or "don't take it personal, it's only business". Many times business matters shouldn't be taken personal. After all business is only business. Or is it? Not taking things personal can be quite difficult in some situations. Especially when it's your business and other people are involved.

Many times people start a business together and for good reasons. Each individual has his or her own skills and often, different skill sets complement each other. The same is true of personality types. Some people are more outgoing and would feel more comfortable representing the business to the outside world, whereas a more introverted person would probably prefer to work behind the scenes. Many companies attribute their success to such a combination of personalities. Sometimes it's a visionary with a right hand or assistant, where to the outside world there appears to be a clear hierarchy. This doesn't always have to be the case behind the scenes. In other situations there is a duo that heads the company together as equal partners. In many cases there is a combination of two or more individuals that form the driving force behind the company no matter what the configuration may be.

Immortal Reality

Being human and living life is really harsh when expectation reaches beyond the limit. Totally difficult to tolerate if nothing goes as we have expected as we planned. It's true that without emotions, feelings, seriousness and without having capability of giving sympathy cannot just win others heart. Years and years of relations could also turn up into nightmare and won't take a long to time to end up everything if people are not aware enough to hold up the relationship.

Every human have their own rules and regulations and follow their own principle. We are good enough to sense what's going good and what's・ s going bad. Even knowingly or unknowingly we do the mistakes. Some people whoever wants to build up and go ahead, they find their mistakes and learned from their mistakes, makes them stronger to accept any kind of challenges whatever life throws to them, but those people who knows whatever they are doing bad or going on wrong direction, thinking themselves as stubborn would always fall down. They won't have any options leftover because these kind or people are kind of person acting like they are sleeping. The person whoever is really sleeping can wake up easily if somebody puts a little bit effort to wake them up but whoever acting like sleeping won't wake up because they knows somebody is trying wake them up.
